You want to capture all the important memories of your wedding day but have a hard time choosing from the wedding photography packages on offer?

Finding the dress or suit to wear, selecting the menu, the wedding entourage, the ring and the vows. All these choices have already gotten you excited or maybe worn you out.

Now you must make sure that you will choose the right photographer for your special day, someone you feel comfortable with and who also impressed you with his portfolio.

Once you’re done selecting a photographer, you can now have a look at the wedding photography package you would like.

Some packages are basic and will give you a few prints and just one photographer on your wedding day. Some high end packages will provide you with and audio-visual presentation at your reception, have 2 to 3 photographers present and can sometimes include video coverage too.

The basic package

This package normally has only one photographer walking around and taking pictures during the entire wedding program.

Expect to receive a photo album of about 40-50 pictures taken during your wedding that you have selected. The package does not include extra services.

The usual shots taken during wedding are

• the couple kissing
• exchanging rings
• cake-cutting
• group shots

You are probably very familiar with it.

It is very cost-effective and you can also ask your friends to bring their cameras to take some more photos that will look like personal memories of the day.

The mid-price package

The mid-priced photography package for wedding offers more prints and usually more photographers on your wedding day. A pre-nuptial or engagement pictures are done weeks or months before the wedding.

A slide show of the pictures to be shown during the reception is also included.

The high-end package

To further give the couple more memories of their special day some photographers would take photos of events happening simultaneously.

It really includes everything you need. There’s no need to look for more suppliers since it includes a videographer to cover your wedding, a slide show at the reception plus more photographers and a save the date photo shoot.

If you have money to spare, this is the way to go. More memories and more perks, like they say. You really get what you pay for.
